Foods to Eat


  1. You need to incorporate all three of these and balance them:
    fiber, protien, and fat
  2. vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products
  3. lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts
  4. Limit saturated and trans fats, sodium, and added sugars
